Coach-Led Training Gym — braeside, Melbourne South-East
Build Strength. Move With Purpose. Be Prepared.
Daily Quest Training is a boutique, coach-led gym opening in Braeside, Melbourne south-east — at Unit 7 202-204 Governor Rd. Structured sessions. Real coaching. Practical skills. A community built to keep you progressing.
Most gyms give you access to equipment and leave you to figure out the rest — or push you through sweat-heavy sessions that feel productive but go nowhere. Daily Quest is different. Every session is coached, every program is structured, and every member is known by name. You train with a method built across three pillars that work together to make you stronger, move with agility and confidence, and develop real-world capability — built deliberately for people who want results, coaching, and community, not gimmicks.
The Method
Three Pillars. One Integrated System.
Every session at Daily Quest is built around three integrated training pillars. Together they develop a complete, capable body — not just a fit one.
Progressive, structured strength and conditioning — designed to make you measurably stronger over time. No random workouts. No filler. Every session has a purpose, every block builds on the last. Show up consistently, and each week becomes a step forward — a chance to level up your strength, control, and confidence. Whether you are starting from scratch or pushing past a plateau you have been stuck at for years, the programming at Daily Quest meets you where you are and takes you somewhere better.
Coordination, agility, and body control trained alongside your strength — not as an afterthought. At Daily Quest, this is developed through striking-based training. With bag work and guided combinations, you will improve how you move, react, and stay in control — session by session. The result is a body that moves better, recovers faster, and responds when you need it to: in training, in sport, and in everyday life. Strength without control is only half the job — and this is where you don't just get fitter, you level up how you move.
Practical self-protection skills, coached in a structured and supportive environment. At Daily Quest, this is developed through guided drills, positioning work, and controlled scenarios — helping you build confidence step by step. This is what sets us apart. But it is not separate from your training. It is backed by the strength you build and the movement and control you develop. So you are not just learning skills — you are building a body that can actually apply them. This is where you build real-world capability.

Why Daily Quest Exists
Built by a Coach. Designed for Real People.
Daily Quest was not built in a boardroom. It was built over more than a decade of personal experience — a weight loss and fitness journey that refused to end at the gym floor. It progressed through strength training, boxing, and martial arts — until self-protection training changed everything.
"It wasn't until self-protection training that everything started to connect. Strength. Movement. Awareness. Control."
The realisation was that training should build more than a better-looking body. It should build genuine capability — the kind that carries into your life, your family, and your daily decisions. Daily Quest was built to give others that same shift.

Frequently Asked Questions About Daily Quest Training
Got questions? You're not alone. Here are answers to the most common things people ask before starting their Daily Quest journey.
What is the Initiation Quest?
The Initiation Quest is Daily Quest's 28-day onboarding program — the required entry point for all new members. It runs across 8 coached sessions and is designed to teach you the Daily Quest training method, build a foundation of strength and movement, introduce you to the self-protection fundamentals, and bring you into the community properly. At the end of your Initiation Quest, you transition into an ongoing membership.
Do I need any experience to join?
No. The Initiation Quest is specifically designed for people starting from any fitness level. You don't need a gym background, martial arts experience, or a base level of fitness. You need to show up and commit to the process — the coaching handles the rest.
How many people are in each class?
Classes at Daily Quest are capped at a fixed number of members. This is intentional — it protects coaching quality, your safety, and the experience that makes Daily Quest worth coming back to. You will never be lost in a crowd here.
Where is Daily Quest Training located?
Daily Quest Training is opening at 93 Wells Road, Chelsea Heights VIC 3196, in Melbourne's south-east.
Is Daily Quest a martial arts gym?
No. Daily Quest is a coached fitness facility where practical self-protection is one of three training pillars — alongside strength and movement. We are not a sport martial arts club. There are no belts, no competitions, and no requirement to fight anyone. The self-protection element is integrated, coached, and designed for real-world application.
How is Daily Quest different from a regular gym?
At a regular gym, you're given access to equipment and left to figure out the rest. At Daily Quest, every session is coached, every program is structured, and every member is known by name. There is no open floor, no guesswork, and no isolation. The method covers strength, movement, and self-protection in a single integrated system — and the community keeps you accountable in ways a gym membership never will. (not just sweat factory)
